Shipping policy

FREE LOCAL STORE PICKUP For Georgia Residents when you buy online! Just place your order online and pick it up at eKlozet, during regular business hours. Please note once you pay for an item you must pick up the item in 7 days (1 week) to pick the item up or we will refund 50% of your money and put the item back out for sale. ID will be required to pick up a pre-paid order. You can contact info@eklozet.com for additional shipping arrangements if you want to mail to a GA address.

We ship via USPS with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are calculated by the weight and size of the item. If you prefer, expedited shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

We offer domestic shipping only ~ we do NOT ship internationally.

Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state (Colorado) orders will be charged 8% sales tax.

We will do our best to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt (with the exception of weekends/holidays). We try to ship out next day in most cases, but please remember if you place an order after business hours, it will be packaged the next day and dropped off at the post office the following morning. Actual delivery times are subject to United States Postal Service interruptions of business.
Please be mindful in selecting your purchases. Due to the nature of consignment, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or EXCHANGES.
